Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can you illustrate?

I typically illustrate 8-10 guests per hour, depending on the portrait style. Individual portraits take about 6-8 minutes, while pairs take approximately 12-16 minutes.

What if I want more than 60 guests illustrated?

For larger guest counts, I recommend a combination of live and Post-Event Portraits. I will complete any unfinished portraits in my studio then mail them back in 2-3 weeks time. I can also arrange for an additional artist to join me so that more guests can be illustrated live. This is subject to the artist's availability.

Do you travel?

Yes! I regularly travel for events throughout Toronto, the GTA, and Southern Ontario. Travel is calculated at $1/km round trip based on the event venue.

What do you need from the venue?

I only need one 6’x8’ table, two chairs, and a backup space if outdoors.

How do I reserve my date?

Your date is secured once the signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable deposit are received. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Payments can be made via e-transfer.
